By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Ticket Purchases
All movie tickets purchased online are valid only for the specific showtime, date, and auditorium selected at checkout.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be reused.
Seating is general admission unless otherwise stated.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Missed showtimes
• Late arrival
• Change of plans
• Incorrect showtime or date selected
Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

3. Theater Cancellations or Technical Issues
If a showing is cancelled due to equipment failure, power outage, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, customers may be offered one of the following at management’s discretion:
• A replacement ticket for a future showing
• A refund to the original form of payment
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Admission Policy
Tickets must be presented for admission in printed or digital format.
Management reserves the right to deny admission or remove patrons without refund for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with theater policies.

5. Age Restrictions
Some films carry age restrictions including G, PG, PG-13, R, or other ratings.
By purchasing tickets, you confirm that all attendees meet the required age guidelines. Valid photo identification may be required.
No refunds will be issued for failure to meet age requirements.

6. Online Convenience Fees
Online purchases may include a non-refundable convenience or processing fee charged by third-party payment processors.
These fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

7. Outside Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management or required for medical reasons.

8. Recording and Copyright
The use of recording devices, including mobile phones, to record any portion of a motion picture is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in removal from the theater without refund and possible legal action.

9. Private Rentals and Special Events
Tickets purchased for private screenings, rentals, or special events may be subject to separate policies disclosed at the time of booking.

10. Limitation of Liability
The theater is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen personal property
• Personal injury not caused by gross negligence
• Technical issues related to online ticket purchasing
Entry into the theater and use of our website are at your own risk.

11. Website and Payment Processing
Online ticket sales are processed through third-party providers.
We are not responsible for temporary outages, payment interruptions, or duplicate charges caused by connectivity issues. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected when confirmed.

Continued use of online ticket purchasing constitutes acceptance of any changes.
